AMANDA ANSCHUTZ

CO-FOUNDER AND CEO

Amanda Anschutz is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Compassion Delivered, where she leads with a deep commitment to serving individuals and families facing serious or terminal diseases. Since founding the organization in 2017, Amanda has guided its growth from a simple idea into a trusted community resource, providing thousands of nutritious meals while fostering connection, dignity, and care for those navigating difficult health journeys.

With more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning nonprofit management, sales strategy, and community engagement, Amanda brings a unique blend of purpose-driven vision and operational expertise. She oversees all aspects of Compassion Delivered, including strategic planning, fundraising, partnerships, and program development, while also serving as a passionate advocate and spokesperson for the organization’s mission.

Prior to launching Compassion Delivered, Amanda served as Vice President of Sales at BEARACADE, where she led national initiatives focused on safety training and preparedness for schools, universities, and government agencies. Her leadership helped expand the organization’s reach and impact, while strengthening relationships across the education and public sectors. Earlier in her career, she held a successful role as a Sales Executive with MT Business Technologies, where she was recognized for her ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.

Amanda’s professional journey began in direct service as a Child and Adolescent Case Manager at The Otis R. Bowen Center, where she worked closely with at-risk youth and families, providing advocacy, crisis intervention, and coordinated care. This early experience continues to shape her compassionate, people-first approach to leadership.

Personal strength has also been a key part of Amanda’s success. Remaining steadfast in her mission through the unpredictability of health crises, economic downturns, and social challenges demonstrates her strong character. And in return, she’s been recognized by many organizations for her impact and service, from the Twenty Under 40 honor by yStark! in 2018, a distinction that she and her husband, Daniel, uniquely share as the first couple to both receive the honor, the Progressive Auto Group Young Professional award in 2018, The Daughters of the American Revolution in 2018, Achievements in Excellence™ Award by NSME in 2022, Community Impact Award given by the Lake Township Chamber of Commerce, to the Community Impact Award in 2023 from the Association Fundraising Professions of Northeast Ohio.

Amanda grew up in Hartville and graduated from Lake Local High School in Uniontown. She attended Grace College and Seminary in Winona Lake Indiana. Amanda is known for her ability to connect people to purpose, build meaningful partnerships, and lead with both heart and strategy. She and her husband/Co-Founder Daniel live in North Canton and have two beautiful daughters and a cat named Oliver.
