BETH RANSOM
VOLUNTEER & COMMUNITY RELATIONS SPECIALIST
Beth Ransom is a dedicated servant leader who has spent her life volunteering and working throughout Stark County. She currently serves as the Volunteer and Community Relations Specialist for Compassion Delivered, where she oversees all current and future volunteers, volunteer groups, community partners, and community engagement initiatives.
Beth is a graduate of Mount Union College and holds a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. For more than 15 years, she has served the Stark County community as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor, most recently as a partner owner in a private practice.
Before entering the counseling field, Beth was deeply rooted in the nonprofit sector. Her experience spans local and global organizations, including the American Cancer Society, Girl Scouts of the Great Trail Council, Goodwill Industries and Mercy Medical Center.
Feeling called in this season of her life to return to nonprofit service; Beth considers it an honor and privilege to support her home community through her work with Compassion Delivered.
Outside of her professional roles, Beth enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves being outdoors whenever possible. She and her husband, Brent, reside in North Canton with their three children.
