With over a decade of experience in technology, systems management, and process improvement—including extensive work with FileMaker—she is passionate about creating efficient solutions that make work easier for teams and more impactful for clients.

Her professional journey has included roles in development, technical support, office management, web design, and coaching, giving her a well-rounded perspective and a practical, can-do approach to challenges. She enjoys finding ways to streamline processes, support others, and keep operations running seamlessly.

She graduated from Malone University in 2015. Outside of work, she is a mom to two energetic boys who keep life joyful and busy. She has also been a foster parent for the past six years, an experience that has deeply shaped her heart for serving others. In her free time, she enjoys playing piano at church, engaging in community projects, and spending quality time with her family.
