LAUREN DAVIS

VOLUNTEER & COMMUNITY RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Lauren Davis serves as the Volunteer & Community Relations Specialist, managing all aspects of volunteer engagement, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and retaining the dedicated individuals who work to help advance our mission. She engages directly with the community to share our organization's vital purpose, tell stories about the incredible people we serve, and build impactful local partnerships.

Lauren has over 12 years of experience in strategic marketing, integrated communications, and brand management. She was named one of yStark’s Twenty Under 40 in 2022 and is a past recipient of the Achievements in Excellence Award from the National Sales and Marketing Executives. She is also a past member of the Compassion Delivered Board of Directors.



Lauren earned an MBA from Walsh University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Akron. A Stark County native, she is passionate about supporting the community that has given her so much opportunity. She and her husband reside in Cuyahoga Falls with their son.
